The BOI is a new requirement for companies in the US enforced by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). This document provides information about a company’s owners to prevent illegal activities related to money laundering, tax fraud, and terrorist financing. Most private businesses are required to file this report and that’s why we’ve included it in all our plans.

Does Globalfy work with all types of companies?

We offer LLC and Corp formations in Wyoming, Florida, Delaware, Texas and New Mexico. We are specialized on E-commerce and Online Services companies, such as D2C or B2C Brands, Dropshipping, Software, Technology, Marketing, and Digital products. technology service providers, marketing, freelancers, online services, and digital products.

Can I use Globalfy's services from any country?

Globalfy is not able to open bank accounts or provide business services to residents from Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, the Central African Republic, Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Nepal, Nicaragua, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Yemen or Zimbabwe.

Do you offer bookkeeping and Tax Services?

Yes, we do. Tax Services are included in the Essential and Scale plans, and Bookkeeping services are included for Scale clients, for new or existing companies. When choosing Essential, you will get the following services: Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting (BOI), a call with a Tax Advisor, the Annual Report or Franchise Tax (State Renewal), and the Business Income Tax Return. If you select Scale, the complete package, you will have access to everything in the Essential plan, plus Monthly Bookkeeping and Tax Support, Accounting Software License (Xero), Sales Tax/Resale Tax Application, and Returns.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Diners credit and debit cards. Cards from outside the US must be able to do international transactions. If you’d like to pay by PayPal or wire transfer, please get in touch with us.

How long will it take to update my information with the state and the IRS?

We’ll take care of all the amendments as soon you migrate to Globalfy, but it may take up to 120 days for the changes to be reflected in the IRS system. Rest assured that during this time you will be able to rely on our services to support your business needs.
