Globalfy Banking: What changes in our business account services

What you will find in this article:

We regret to inform you that, after careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue our Business Account Services, provided in partnership with Blue Ridge Bank N.A; Member FDIC. Consequently, your company’s business deposit account(s) will be closed on March 31, 2024.

This decision was not made lightly, as we understand how much it affects our customers, but we are committed to making this transition as simple as possible for you.

Next Steps for Your Account:

To provide you with a reliable option moving forward, we have partnered with Mercury, which is already prepared to receive applications from our customers. We also developed a “one-click” integration, that helps you create your account with Mercury and transfer your funds seamlessly.

Click here to log in to your Globalfy account and start the process.

Once you have your account opened with Mercury or a different institution of your choice, we encourage you to transfer your funds as soon as possible, before March 31st.

Any balance remaining in your Globalfy Account after that date will be sent to the address we have on file via a paper check in accordance with the “Closing Your Account and Account Suspensions” section of Globalfy Business Deposit Account Agreement.

We understand that changing your business banking arrangements can be challenging, but you can count on our team to support you throughout this process. Please feel free to contact our customer support team via phone, email, or chat, available at http://help.globalfy.com .

Our Continued Commitment:

While our banking operations are closing, Globalfy remains dedicated to our mission of supporting international founders. We will continue focusing on our core services, including Company Formation, Registered Agent, Virtual Address, Bookkeeping, and Taxes. Soon, we will introduce new services and features to further support your business in the US.

We appreciate your trust and confidence in us during this time. Thank you for being a part of this journey.

Warm regards,
Eva Palatinsky
CEO
